A Tribute to the Fallen

Over one hundred years ago, on August 4th 1914, Great Britain declared war on Germany and World War One, (or The War to end all Wars, as it came to be known) began. The war raged for four desperate years and is considered to be the deadliest and bloodiest global conflict in history.

'Remember Tommy Atkins' is a tribute to those brave souls, some as young as 14, who fought and died in this terrible conflict.

Cry Cry Cry
A humorous beat filled Electronic song that tells the tale of a chauvinistic guy who admits that he dates 'Chicks' and then dumps them. But then he dates a 'Crazy Chick' who turns the tables and dumps him. Utterly devastated, he tells a tragic tale of unending sorrow to his friend, (brother). There is, of course, a twist in the tale.
A Cowboys Prayer
This really tender American Country style track will touch both your heart and your soul. It tells a the tale of an aging American Cowboy in the twilight of his years relating the origin of his own personal prayer. The spoken lyrics weave his tale perfectly.
The Phantasy Man
This Trance style track is simply miles more exciting and far more musically powerful than the original 80’s mix. The haunting sax and brooding orchestral style music builds to the start of the song which sets the scene before the surreal lyrics complete it by reflecting the tragic thoughts and bizarre illusions of a man on drugs. The final verse is particularly poignant.
That’s Right Baby!
This track is a 'finger clicking' feel good jazzy little number that is guaranteed to get heads bobbing and feet tapping.
Sad Planet
This Electro-Orchestration is a powerfully moving piece of music that plays effortlessly with the emotions, (and may even bring a tear to the eye). Although evidently tinged with a hint of sadness the finale is, nonetheless, oddly uplifting.
The Human Race
From the Concept Album, The Gods ~ The Return of the Anunnaki. This superb reggae style song will grab you from the start. The close harmony vocal represents the Anunnaki questioning the morals and beliefs of 'The Human Race'
Pretty Lady
Everyone likes honest to goodness guitar twangin', rockin' retro foot tappin' dance music, and Pretty Lady is no exception. It has a fantastic melody, a belting walking Bass line, superbly understated lead guitar and great easy to follow lyrics.
Dance of the Wolf Man
Based on the many diverse 'Wolf Man' tales, this remarkable fast beat Dance style track will entice you and have you hooked from beginning to end. The dark and eerie 'Bagpipes' and mood setting spoken vocal intro paints the scene perfectly before the music changes to a howling full on irresistible thrashing beat. And the finale which builds to a crescendo is truly stunning.
I Don’t Mind
This beautifully worded song is about a guy who realises he has lost his soul mate because of his indifferent attitude.

For the purists, this is the original 80's recording of 'The Fantasy Man'.
